Our firm pursues guiding principles in the services provided to our clients. First, we favor amicable arrangements and solutions in the handling of cases through negotiation, conciliation, and mediation. An approach seems to us more better in certain cases than to systematically hasten judicial proceedings which could be long and costly.
Next, human considerations are also an element that imposes itself because understanding the emotional challenges to which our clients are confronted constitutes the first step towards success in the achievement of their objectives. We act in this framework with respect, dignity, and sensitivity.
Finally, maintaining a level of excellence is a current challenge for our firm and which necessarily passes by the adoption of a policy of continuous training for all the members intervening within our firm and the adaptation of the tools and legal solutions practiced within the firm to scientific advances and technological innovations.
